warranty information
For all devices, we offer a 1-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase on paid orders. If your device does not work properly due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge within this 1-year time frame. Warranty replacements will be processed upon receipt of the returned items. Please see our Return Policy for more information on the return process.
Warranty exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accident, misuse, improper use or alteration.
- theft or loss.
- Use with unauthorized accessories or use other than as directed.
- Connection to incorrect power source or voltage.
- Repairs or service by unauthorized persons.
The warranty is valid only for the original purchase and only with the original proof of purchase (e.g. sales receipt or order number) and only if the device was purchased from an authorized dealer or reseller. Warranty replacements will be processed upon receipt of the defective items.
This warranty is only valid when the device is used with authorized accessories (such as the charging cable). The warranty does not apply to SkinCurrent skin care products, which are subject exclusively to the SkinCurrent return policy.
SkinCurrent assumes no responsibility for indirect, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the device. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, are limited to a duration of one year from the date of original purchase.
How to submit a warranty claim:
In case of a defective device, please fill out our contact form and describe what happened. Send in the defective device so that we can check it.
